GRS also assists in identifying the ideal companies to provide you and your customers with those all-important ancillary services helping to ease the purchase process and providing timely customer advice and service.

GRS recognises that no single service offering can meet the needs of all developers. The is no 'one size fits all' solution. We have therefore created a series of developer packages for the professional developer. Each package delivers high quality residential marketing and sales services for developers wishing to present their product in selected global markets using a platform that is designed to appeal to agents, occupiers and investors alike.

The scope of each package allows both the developer and the agents responsible for country marketing to reach a wide international audience optimised for each different development. There are three levels of package; Platinum, Gold and Silver.
The Platinum package has been created to offer a full luxury home sales and marketing solution and is described in detail in this brochure. The Gold and Silver packages have been designed for the developer offering quality homes in the mid and lower price ranges and who wish to focus their marketing expenditure on a limited number of foreign markets and with a primary focus on their domestic market.

Marketing
The Global Referral System's marketing capabilities are comprehensive. One of the key challenges facing a developer selling in the 'global' property market is the lack of robust and empirically sourced information within the industry on market potential or existing customer base. Nor is there reliable international data on companies providing services in those market places. GRS therefore carry out their own extensive research and utilise up to date reports provided by leading industry experts. This research and analysis assists us in identifying the correct marketing strategies to reach both the optimum international markets and the selected customer profile for your product within those markets.
Ancillary Partners


GRS has created a group of ancillary service providers delivering vital property related services as an integral part of the GRS offer. Each ancilliary partner has entered into a contractual relationship with GRS which ensures that developers, GRS member agents and, above all, property purchasers enjoy easy and immediate online access to the full service portfolio. These products and services include; legal, foreign exchange, finance and various insurance products. Further partners will be introduced from time to time once their services have been approved for inclusion within the GRS service.
